His internship (1987-1988) and general surgery residency (1988-1992) training followed at Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal-Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal /University of Montreal Faculty of Medicine in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Dr. Panneton has completed three vascular surgery fellowships at prestigious teaching venues, including the University of Montreal Faculty of Medicine in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (1992-1993), Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota (1993-19941994), and Glasgow Royal Infirmary and HCI International Medical Centre/University of Glasgow in Glasgow, Scotland (1994-1995).
